For decades, the Brookhaven Memorial Federation of Nurses & Health Professionals has brought nurses and healthcare professionals together with a shared purpose: to strengthen our professions, support one another, and advocate for the people we serve.

As a union, we provide our members with a collective voice in the workplace. We advocate for fair treatment, safe working conditions, professional respect, and the resources healthcare professionals need to do their jobs effectively and provide high-quality patient care.
